Bear's Den Fly Co. is proud to be the American East Coast Service Center for Loop Tackle. We maintain an inventory of rod and reel parts and as such are equipped to offer prompt warranty service on current product models. Please be aware that discontinued rod models may take a little longer to replace as some models are not readily available. Loop has put in place a system for upgrading broken discontinued rod models to their current Multi series. Please contact the Bear's Den with questions before returning any items for warranty service.

FLY RODS & REELS
Lifetime warranty. Replaced or repaired upon arrival for $60 fee (includes repair and ground return shipping). Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany returned item. If we no longer offer the model in question, we will replace it with what we determine to be the closest comparable model from our current product line. Cost determined on a case-by-case basis.
JACKETS
One year unconditional, no questions asked warranty. If a Loop jacket fails due to workmanship or material defect during the first year, please return it to us for repair or replacement. Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany returned item. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time.
FLY LINES

PROCESSING, RETURN SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
• All warranties / service issues shall be sent in, to Loop Tackle Design to be judged by the service centre. We are a service centre!
• If Loop Tackle Design determines the warranty request to be invalid, the original owner will still be responsible for a $60 fee for each item to cover processing, return shipping and insurance. International customers will be charged actual shipping and insurance costs, and will be responsible for all related customs and duty charges.
• Please enclose a short description of the problem with all warranty returns.
