A new, updated and improved version of the already popular Gem (Editor’s choice, Fly Fish America magazine). Now incorporates three fully sealed stainless steel ball races for virtually frictionless line retrieval and improved heat dissipation. A hard-anodised satin blue finish gives supreme saltwater corrosion and scratch resistance, whilst a larger easy-grip drag knob allows fast micro-adjustment and higher top setting. Raised ‘anti-snag’ reel pillars and a streamlined latch mechanism complete the upgrade on a proven design. For either salt or freshwater fly fishing the Gem MkII is an all time, high performance winner.
