ECHO2 9’0” # 7 was designed for medium to large rivers or marine environments where a lighter rod is best. The rod is a perfect 7 weight. It has enough backbone for longer casts but is not so stiff that you have to work hard to load the rod. It has a fast action when the “A” tip is used and has a medium fast action when the “D” tip is used. The rod is designed to throw medium to large flies.
