This WindCutter II was designed especially for western rivers where delicate presentations are required in windy conditions. Accurate casts can be made with the just the tip of the rod for a very tight loop; for windy conditions or when distance is needed, the thick belly will load the butt section of modern graphite rods. The Super Floatation Tip does not sink and with a welded loop on the front end it facilitates quick leader changes. Welded loop on the back makes for easier line changes.
The AgentX coating delivers smooth casts in coldwater fishing conditions, and the two-colored line shows exactly the loading point of the head.
