By the time you are reading this you may have heard about how great Argentine cuisine is and all about Malbec. But just to give you a little guide well start our day at 8 am with a hearty breakfast that includes cereal, bacon and eggs, toasted bread, homemade marmalade and yoghurt.
Lunch boxes include fresh sandwiches and fruit, cold beverages and dessert and other times we will cook you a streamside Asado or Argentine barbecue.
Dinner is when our chef will treat you with a fusion of European and Argentina cuisine. It is served family style and feature famous Argentine meat, fresh trout, smoked salmon caprese pasta, and for your farewell dinner, our neighbor El Gaucho Barria will roast a whole lamb all washed with great red wine.

Lodging in double room with private bath, all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) including Argentine wines, beer and non alcoholic beverages, one professional guide per two anglers or one guide for four non anglers, all transfers from and to airport and fishing places.
Does not include:
Airfare, transfers in Buenos Aires, fishing license, personal expenses such as International telephone calls, laundry, flies, additional alcoholic beverages, etc.
Gratuities:
