The breathable upper is 100% waterproof up to the knee, while the fleece-lined 3mm closed-cell neoprene lower boot with 7mm vulcanized rubber sole, fiber midsole, rubber toe cap and heel counter provides superior foot protection. Chota’s Exclusive QuickLace™ System keeps this MUKLUK secure on the foot and provides lateral support. The skin-out neoprene gasket coupled with a nylon cinch strap keeps the top in place just below the knee and retards flooding. Chota’s Breathable MUKLUK is perfect for those “cold water / warm weather” days.
