The Orvis 25-Year guarantee means we fix your broken rod. If we can't fix it, we replace it, no questions asked.
Purchase an Orvis Helios 2, Helios, Recon, Superfine Glass and Carbon (since 01/01/88), Clearwater, Clearwater Frequent Flyer, or custom rod from Orvis and we will repair or replace it no matter what the reason, for a quarter of a century. Step on it, close the door on it, run over it with the car-it doesn't matter, we'll fix it. If we can't repair it, we'll choose a current rod of at least equal value to replace it. Your investment is assured for a nominal shipping and handling charge. This 25-year guarantee also applies to all Access, Zero Gravity, Hydros, T3, TLS, Clearwater II fly rods originally purchased from Orvis.
Please note that this warranty does not apply to the original Frequent Flyer series (purchased previously to January 2014), nor does it apply to our Streamline and Encounter fly rod series, which are warranted for defects in original workmanship.
We were the first rod company in the world to offer a guarantee, and it is still the best. Purchase an Orvis graphite rod and, for a quarter of a century, we'll repair your rod no questions asked. If we can't repair it, we'll choose a current rod of at least equal value to replace it. For rods manufactured after January 2003, there will be a nominal handling charge of $30.
If your fly rod breaks:
Call 1-800-548-9548 anytime or use live chat to get a repair number, shipping address, and payment instructions, or use our convenient repair forms to request a repair to your graphite rod or to request a repair to your bamboo rod.
2 Send the entire rod to us, no matter which piece is broken. Package your broken rod in its tube, and place it securely in a heavy cardboard shipping container.

We will return your rod to you, as good as new, usually in three to six weeks.
