Our primary method of shipping is through the USPS. First class and Parcel Post are the
standard methods. Priority Mail is used for expedited shipping (and to all AK and HI addresses), and Express for Overnight/2nd day.
When shipping to a business address, we use UPS or FedEx at our discretion. If you require a specific
type of shipping service, feel free to specify in your order comments. We can use any of the 3 services
**Given the nature of our merchandise (i.e. small, light items), we are often able to ship orders for less than $7.95. Since our goal is not to profit from shipping, we will subtract the excess shipping charge from your total, and charge only the amount relative to your order. Please be assured that there will be no up-charges on shipping - $7.95 is our guaranteed maximum on standard shipping methods unless otherwise stated with the product or unless a specific service is requested by the customer.**

Returns & Exchanges
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If you are ever unsatisfied with a product purchased from the Bear's Den, for any reason, simply contact us for an Return Authorization (RA) within 10-days of receiving your order, and return the item(s) in “like-new” condition with the original packaging for a full refund, credit, or exchange.
TO MAKE A RETURN:
Please contact us prior to returning an item to receive and RA number. This number and an invoice or note should be included explaining how you'd like us to handle the return. Also be sure to include your name and phone number in case there are any questions. We will gladly issue a refund, credit, or exchange.
We cannot accept returns on items that have been used. Notification of returns should be made within 10 days.
Returns made after 10 days and ANY non-stocked / special order items are subject to a 10-15% restocking fee.
Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made.
