Hunter, fly-fisherman and artist since boyhood, he lives what he paints, and paints what he lives. Chet Reneson grew up near Colchester, Connecticut with gun dogs and game birds on a small farm. He made his own boats, decoys and fashioned his own fly rods. He began painting scenes of deer and waterfowl at age nine, and later attended the University of Hartford Art School. Chet captures every emotion when painting new pieces like this unique one depicting the scene of a fighting fish. It measures 20" x 24" and comes matted in a wooden frame
